Managing collateral inventories can be daunting, but making sure a sales force has those tools at their disposal can be just as challenging. Involved from the initial concept stage through full publishing, my strategic, conceptual, written and project management contributions helped to transform a library of underutilized brand assets into a comprehensive sales tool — The JBT Toolbox. With key usage considerations accounted for in the development process, the app is versatile enough to seamlessly transition from a tradeshow hall to a processing plant floor.
